This modest Victorian had many fine details and pleasing features but the Kitchen left much to be desired. In addition, the lack of bathroom on the First Floor was inconvenient for guests. Following Special Permit Zoning approvals for changes to the Front Porch, we gutted the Kitchen and removed a chimney to open to the Dining Room.

The front hall closet was repurposed for a Half Bath with a custom cabinet for a corner sink. The Front Porch was finished for a Mudroom with cubbies, cabinets, and a proper closet. Stackable laundry moved from Basement to “hidden door” closet between the Kitchen and Dining.
