Proposed new building for Brandeis University Fine Arts program to house classrooms, studios, critique spaces, gallery for student exhibits, auditorium, and seminar rooms. This three storey building was designed to consolidate space that was dispersed in various buildings on- and off-campus. Among the site criteria were that the design work with an existing wetland, preserve a prominent stand of oak trees, and be minimally disruptive to the existing landscape.
